Sales
of White Park Breeding Stock
We keep pedigree White Park
cattle, with a suckler herd and finishing stock. We usually have a selection of high-quality
breeding stock available. We sell weaned
calves, bulling heifers, in-calf heifers and mature cows. Call us for details
We also produce:
- Beef from our herd of White Park
cattle
- Cereals for food, seed and animal feed
- Wood for fuel and wood products such as thatching spars, bean
sticks
Organic White
Park Beef
Our beef is well hung in the traditional way for about three
weeks. White Park
beef is lean, tasty and well marbled and it cooks beautifully without much
shrinkage. Our animals live on grass
from spring to autumn, and home-grown hay in winter, with a little home-grown
cereal for the young stock . Grass fed cattle have
higher amounts of the beneficial omega 3 and 6 fatty acids (like oily fish)
compared with other, largely grain-fed, animals. We sell direct from the farm, with a wide
range of produce including sausages and burgers. Please call for further information or see
our website www.westhembury.com

- Care for the wild animals and plants on the farm
- Ethical business activities
